• Shipping Method: We ship exclusively via FedEx and UPS Overnight services to minimize time in transit.

• Payment Terms: All shipping fees must be paid in full before your order is processed. Tracking information will be provided only once payment is confirmed and the label is generated.

• No Guarantees Post-Shipment: Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of items once they have been handed over to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address entry.
